This would brighten up a dull day…

My wife is a keen gardener and all kinds of flowers grow in our garden. This particularly striking one I felt I had to take a picture of. I asked what t was called and was told, then had to look up how to spell it.

To this day my wife asks me what it is called as a test and I can never remember, it doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue like daisy or rose. It’s become somewhat of a standing joke between us. I usually make up some latin sounded name that begins with A
